Michael Walsh
Managing Director
Michael is a professional civil and mechanical engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in Australia and internationally, across consulting, construction and manufacturing sectors at operational and executive levels. He has held a number of senior executive roles with companies including Cooper Flow Control, GEC Alstom, and Queensland Rail and has served on a number of industry associations, government committees and private sector boards.
Michael has broad knowledge and experience in international business, with an extensive professional network throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States.
Michael heads a group of private companies including Theta International, AMBA Stainless and Avantgarde Industries Australia.

Ben Walsh
Information Technology Manger
Ben has over ten years’ experience working in the rail industry, both public and private sectors, at Queensland Rail and Aurizon. There he developed systems to facilitate the Network Maintenance Plan, built database queries and reports to meet QCA and QT governance requirements, and built dashboards to provide information to planners and managers. He also worked as an Information Technology contractor for five years developing custom desktop software solutions and web applications.
Ben believes that in this information age people are drowning in data but starved for information and has a passion for making use of the data that companies have about their business, and making it work for them.

Aimee Walsh
Marketing Manager
Aimee is a tertiary qualified marketing and communications professional with seven years’ experience working across private and public industry sectors including transport, freight and logistics, health, education, advertising and media in Australia. She has held a number of roles with companies including; Aurizon, Queensland University of Technology (QUT), WIN NBN Sales, Sullivan Nicolaides, Queensland Rail, and the QUT Dementia Collaborative Research Centre.
Aimee has a Bachelor degree in Mass Communication, Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management, and is currently completing a Master of Business majoring in Sustainability. She believes in using marketing and communication strategies to educate and excite stakeholders about products, brands, businesses and services, and is interested in incorporating strategic sustainable thinking in to core business practices.
